Q. Can I ship my order to an address outside of the United States?

A.  At this time, Ace & Ivy only offers shipping within the United States.  We have new countries on the horizon, so keep checking back!

Q.  How long will it take to receive my order?  

A.  Given most of our items are custom made to order, it will typically take 1 - 3 weeks for you to receive your order.  Some items ship in a shorter time period, and some take longer to customize.  For questions about a specific item, please reach out to support@aceandivy.com.

Q.  Why am I sometimes charged sales tax?

A.  Ace & Ivy is required to charge sales tax in certain jurisdictions by law.  Sales tax is only tacked onto your order if you are shipping to one of the jurisdictions where we are required to collect it.

Q.  Why is my order coming in separate shipments?

A.  Ace & Ivy ships products from all over the country.  Depending on where your product is located, you may receive your order in separate shipments.   

Q.  I would like to return something I ordered.  How can I make a return?

Q.  I really wish Ace & Ivy would feature a certain product that I have been searching for.  How can I make a request for this product?

A.  We always gladly welcome product suggestions from our customers!  Please send an email to contact@aceandivy.com or reach out to us on our social media pages to make a request for new products you would like to see on the site.
